Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
